Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM data monitoring and analysis
- Manage brand customer database, ensure data accuracy, provide analysis and insights reporting on regular basis.
- Work with internal stakeholders on executing and following up on client related global KPIs.
2. E-commerce customer data tracking and analysis
- Brand e-commerce platform user journey tracking.
- Provide analysis and insights reporting on regular basis to support e-business growth.
3. CRM program and event execution
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies on executing CRM programs and brand event.
- Program results tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- Good command of English, decent communication and presentation skill
- Strong logical thinking and data analytics skill
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to deliver on time
- Min. 6 months internship and at least 3 days per week
Salary: 150/day
