岗位职责:
1.通过电话邀约与客户建立联系,并了解家庭基本信息和对来华互惠生的需求,促成家庭与来华互惠生的匹配
2.利用公司提供的客户资源,与意向客户进行沟通,为客户提供专业的咨询
3.为客户提供相应的教育规划,推荐合适的海外互惠生并安排线上面试
4.做好互惠生和家庭的沟通桥梁并建立良好的关系,为家庭提供精细化的优质服务和后续跟进服务
5.刚入职的员工可能会先从事互惠生招募工作
1. Establish contact with customers through telephone invitations, understand the basic information of families and their needs for au pairs in China, and facilitate the matching of families and au pairs in China.
2. Use the customer resources provided by the company to communicate with intended customers and provide customers with professional consultation
3. Provide clients with corresponding education plans, recommend suitable overseas au pairs and arrange online interviews
4. Establish a good communication bridge between au pairs and families, and provide families with refined high-quality services and follow-up services.
5. Those who have just joined the company may first engage in au pair recruitment (au pair recruiter) and gradually transition to consulting positions with families.
job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, top 100 QS/domestic double first-class candidates are preferred
2. Priority will be given to those with a background in the education industry or as a study abroad consultant; preference will be given to those who are familiar with international school education or have experience in studying abroad;
3. Candidates with experience in family education guidance are preferred; candidates majoring in education
【The following skills and experience are desirable】
1. Excellent English (with a TEM-8 certificate or relevant English certificate would be a plus) .
2. Excellent communication skills and public speaking skills. Candidate must be well spoken and able to easily interface with clients and au pairs.
3. Effective time management and multi-tasking skills, able to independently managing projects at a range of scales.
4. Exceptional coordination and interpersonal skills.
5. Creative, patient and love challenges.
