Short role description: This role is to conduct daily operation for AZRD Clinical Trial WeChat Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our WeChat presence to enhance clinical trial awareness, engage our audience, and drive user growth through effective social media operation. Typical Accountabilities: -Vendor Communication: Coordinate with external vendors and content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging content tailored for WeChat is produced and delivered on time. - Information Maintenance: Maintain and publish Clinical Trial related articles and project information via internal admin portal by daily checking public information and internal information. - Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of WeChat activities and campaigns. - Compliance: Ensure all content and activities comply with WeChat regulations and company policies. Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Public Relation or a related field. - Experience: experience in social media management, with a focus on WeChat. Skills: - Strong understanding of WeChat platform and its features.
