实习地点为上海，需要尽快到岗，最好能长期实习 Key responsibilities: Brand & PR: 1. coordinate and support in MKT key events – New Hero / BA launch event：30% - Contract process, payment request, chopping request, internal coordinate, vendor management, catalogue, and products info check. 2. Supporting on MKT assets management 20% - Check global MKT assets upload status, download new assets, and existing assets management. - Translate and manage global assets, summary all MKT related datas, keep updated with the digital calendar. 3. Supporting on brand properties management (Sample / GWP) 20% - sample request application, international transports custom clearance, follow and update with team the transferring info and general sample management. - PR sample management, including in DC ETA tracking, sample request application and transferring. 4. Supporting on regular market research and MKT trendy summary 20% - Gather competitor market message, events and brand assets. 5. Support team on administrative work 10% Social &Digital: 1. Coordinate and support in shooting projetcs（hero & replica & sun protection） - Contract process, payment request, chopping request, internal coordinate, communicate with vendor for product shooting, sample management, and post-production tracking. 2. Supporting on seeding products management - summary the transferring message, complete the sample request application and tracking. Sports marketing： 1. Supporting on the sample request application. 2. Supporting the budget management and payment tracking. The must have: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. 2-3 days a week, especially on Tuesday to Thursday and those who can work for more than 3 months are preferred. 3.Proficient in Excel, Pivot table/Vlookup are the must. 4.Fluency in English reading and writing.
