Main Responsibilities:
1.Support new project management and reporting, e.g. EV customer journey, e-Commerce, Modern Luxury Service - Service at location, One APP, and other service transformation projects on:
a) data consolidation & analysis, e.g. project data collection and sorting, report drafting etc.,
b) project meeting minutes and documents consolidation and share
c) project output consolidation from stakeholders
d) project deliverable filling
e) project meeting coordination
f) miscellaneous project management tasks
2.support regular project operation, e.g. home charging wallbox project on:
a) documentation on installation delivery random check based on defined criteria
b) documentation on installation postpone progress follow-up
c) regular weekly/monthly meeting coordination, meeting minutes taking & sharing, follow-up tracking
d) miscellaneous wallbox operation tasks
3.Market intelligence and desk research on ad-hoc topics where required
Job Requirements:
1.Under/postgraduate, relevant internship experience is preferred
2.Good command of PPT/Excel/Word skills and English proficiency in both oral and writing
3.Active, resilient and with strong sense of responsibility
4.Detailed and conscientious with good learning ability
5.At least 4 workable days per week, 6 consecutive months or above is preferred
