Job Summary:
The International Customer Service representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our international clients. This includes handling customer inquiries, order processing, managing SQ (Supplier Quality) inquiries and quotations, as well as coordinating product testing. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, particularly in English, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Reception:
Greet and assist international customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Factory introduction and Product introduction.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns.
Order Processing:
Process and manage international customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal departments (such as sales, logistics, and inventory) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
SQ Inquiry and Quotation:
Handle supplier quality (SQ) inquiries from international customers.
Prepare and provide accurate quotations for international customers.
Product Testing:
Coordinate product testing requirements for international customers, liaising with internal departments and internal testing facilities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in English or related field is preferred.
2. Good oral and written English is mandatory; additional language skills are highly desirable.
3. Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in an international setting.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse international customers and colleagues.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
