职责描述:
1. Demand Analysis & Forecasting
• Assist in developing demand forecasting models by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal factors to produce 3-6 months demand forecasts.
• Perform data cleaning and visualization using Excel, SQL, or Python to identify anomalies in demand patterns and propose optimization recommendations.
2. Supply Chain Collaboration
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to align supply and demand resources.
• Support the development and tracking of Master Production Plans(MPS) to ensure production schedules match market demands.
3. System & Process Optimization
• Maintain and update ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM) for data entry, report generation, and process standardization.
• Participate in digital transformation projects for supply chain optimization and propose process improvement initiatives.
4. Data Reporting & Monitoring
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover rate, stockout rate, order fulfillment cycle).
• Create dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to monitor real-time performance of supply chain metrics.
岗位要求:
1. Education Background
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an undergraduate program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Technical Skills
• Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
• Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, production, warehousing, distribution) and core concepts in demand planning.
• ERP & BI Tools: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
