This role aims to ensure high quality delivery of omnichannel-related data analysis and reports to support key initiatives like Dashboard and others depending on business need and candidate capability. Additionally, the intern will assist with team logistics. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Monitor omnichannel performance across major channels and deliver comprehensive analytics, from data extraction and processing to insightful findings Manage OCE Dashboard and Analytics meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up with cross-functional stakeholders including OCE BPs and Data team. Support team logistics such as managing Teams sites, facilitating workshops, and coordinating meetings.  JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or above Proficiency in data-driven analysis with a focus on data accuracy, analysis, and insights. Microsoft Excel (e.g., xlookup, pivot table), PowerPoint (preferably ThinkCell), and Outlook. Facilitate team sync and alignment to foster effective collaboration and execution Fluent in English as a working language.
