Responsibilities:
* Support on develop the Sheetmetal /Plastic components both for conversional and future construction equipment.
协助传统的建筑设备和新能源的建筑设备钣金/塑料零部件的开发。
* Design parts and components using 3D Cad (Catia, Creo)
使用CAD(Catia/Creo)等软件进行零部件设计。
* Simulation for parts Static & Modal using Ansys Workbench/Creo Ansys
使用Ansys Workbench/Creo自带分析对零部件进行静态和模态分析
* Build part structures in PDM-system
基于PDM系统设计零件结构。
* Basic Knowledge about Sheetmetal manufacture process Cutting/ Bending/ Welding/ Painting…
了解基本的钣金件加工工艺_钣金切割/折弯/焊接/喷涂……
Key Skills:
* Product knowledge structure design etc.
具有以下机械产品结构设计及分析的能力。
* Design knowledge & Learning capability, with basic product and design knowledge and more important is the capability of learning by doing.
具有机械设计方向的知识与学习能力,具有基本的产品与设计知识,更重要的是要具有在实践中学习的能力。
* Self-motivated and willing to engage in project work
自驱力强,愿意在项目制的工作中交付工作内容。
Education/Professional Qualifications:
* Spoken and written English
流利的英语口语及写作能力
* Broad interest in technology, especially within the area of heavy vehicles
对技术方面尤其是工程机械车辆领域有很强的兴趣
* Strong intuitive and analytic ability to resolve problem
具有较强的解决问题和分析能力
* Open positive attitude, target oriented, flexible and enjoy working both independently and in groups in an outgoing and communicative way

* Major in mechanical engineering or equivalent

* Undergraduate and graduate students

* Internship duration: 3-6months, 3-5 days per week
实习时长:3-6个月,每周3-5天为宜
