Job Description:
1. Ecommerce Operational Support:
a) Wechat mp backend maintenance – work internally to plan for wechat mp store-front, work with external agencies for the designing & back-end set up.
b) GWP & client rewards maintenance and management – GWP inventory management & shipping out client rewards.
c) Debugging & Proof-reading – Checking to ensure no issues on store-front & functionality; Proof-reading and correcting materials Chinese translations for the website/EDM, etc.
2. Budget control, A&P tracking & contract/legal procedures:
a) PO and finance process
b) Keep track of A&P spending to ensure correct landing
c) A&P reporting working with internal teams
d) Contract & other compliance procedures
3. E-Mkt related Content & Social MKT & Livestream
a) Liaison with internal teams for content request; support to request to HQ.
b) Cascading content to external partners & ensure right usage
c) Planning & execution for social channel content, KOL, livestream arrangements.
Criteria:
1. Good Chinese and English composition, written & verbal.
2. Familiar with basic accounting and dealing with numbers.
3. Proficient in Excel & PPT commands; nice-to-have skills in Photoshop or other designing/coding software and languages.
4. Best if experienced with EC or Social Commerce.
