Department Mission: Following ‘in China, for China’ strategy, VW is introducing the China Electrical Architecture (CEA) to develop more competitive products by working closely with VW One Team and XPENG where Delivery Unit is responsible for coordinating concept phase, implementation, supporting the  achievement of PM milestones. Your Responsibilities: Coordination and preparation of cross-department meetings, incl. agenda and writing minutes Support administration of IT equipment and business travel, especially the application and reimbursement for supervisor Support CEA database documentation Admin coordinator for onsite Hefei, Shanghai and Guangzhou colleagues Support the process for Quality Management/Quality Audit at CEO division level, eg. check processes and quality-related documentation  Ad hoc tasks Required Qualification: Bachelor degree or above, registered student of Software Engineering, EE or Business Studies related; work onsite 6 months and be available 4-5 days a week Experience in the automotive industry or other top companies Excellent language skills in English, German is a plus Ability to grasp and document complex technical concepts, be familiar with MS office package, Jira/Confluence as plus Strong communication skills with capability to cross-functional work with other peers, willing to learn and work under pressure with meticulous attention on details What we offer: Fortune 500 company; International working environment & global network Opportunity to get in touch with the latest WW Group technologies  Remuneration 170 RMB/day for bachelor and 200 RMB/day for Master gross, 1.5 days paid study leave every month Housing support of 2500 RMB/month for students who are not Beijing residents and are not studying in Beijing
