Responsibilities: 1. Define the project management process including initiation,project planning, implementation as well as project monitoring and controlling. Collaborating with clients and strategists to define, prioritize, and onboard projects. 2. Assess project scope and allocate resources and verify time, budget, risk and impact assumptions before the project is undertaken. 3. Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to specific projects. 4. Project review and analysis of financial data and project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. 5. Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives. Improve existing project management workflow and process to meet project requests. 6. Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification. Requirements: 1. A Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications and business administration. 2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the project management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strength in working both independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Flexible and adaptable to change.
