Job Description:
1. Assist consultant on searching for talents in the market and conduct interview screenings;
2. Analyze CV and background of candidate via recruitment platform, pre-job mapping for key talent.
3. Maintain good interaction with candidates, and assist consultant on recommending candidates to clients to promote job matching;
4. Handle coordination during the recruitment process.
5. Daily maintenance and update of internal database.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, candidates with overseas study experience are welcome to apply;
2. Good English capability, result-oriented, able to work under time pressure;
3. Full of vitality, team spirit, able to grow in a fast-developing environment;
4. Excellent communication skills, like to interact with people and work in a team, be reasonable and willing to learn.
