Duties and responsibilities: 任务和职责： •Lead some specific improvement projects defined by manager or organization (such as implementation of Tooling management, Ergonomic project, etc.) 负责一些上级领导指定的特殊项目（例如，工装管理项目的落实，人机工程项目等等） •Disk line fixture maintenance and abnormal issue treatment. 盘线工装维护和异常问题处理。 •Fixture management system maintenance. 工装管理系统维护。 •Take part into problem analysis with quality tools like 5W, RPO, fish bone, etc. 利用相关质量工具参与到问题调查与分析过程。 •Set Preventive maintenance criteria for tooling and spare part list. 建立工装的PM标准和备件清单。 •Design some simple fixtures. 设计一些简单的工装。 •Launch parts purchase flow. 启动零部件采购流程。 •Other tasks assigned by tutor.（Skilled in operating the mechanical drawing software） 以及其他导师指派的任务。熟练操作机械制图软件。 Scope of processes: Turning, Milling, Shot peening and GEO inspection etc… EDM, Spot welding and Final inspection 工艺范畴：车床，铣床，喷丸和几何检等，磨削，电火花加工，点焊和终检 Education教育： •Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or other related 本科及以上，专业方向为机加工和其他相关专业 •Technical skills技术能力：General knowledge related to machining process基本的机加工知识 •General GD&T knowledge基本的尺寸链知识 •Good 3D/2D skills for operating Catia & Solidworks etc. 熟练使用Catia和Solidworks等软件. Other skills其他技能: •Good at communication, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit 善于沟通，团队精神，质量意识，创新意识 •Good oral and written communication skills in English. 良好的英语口语和读写能力 •Good at MS office use良好的office软件技能 •Logical thinking and skilled on problem solving tool such as RPO, 8D, 5Why and fishbone 有良好的逻辑思维能力，有利用相关质量工具解决问题的经验最佳 •Overall view and critical thinking 有全局观和关键性思维
