Primary Function: Under the leadership of the Audit Committee, the Internal Audit function (the "Function") is expected to apply a risk-based and disciplined approach in assessing and evaluating the effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls, risk management and financial reporting process within the company. Additionally, the Function will evaluate the compliance with Company policies and procedures to identify area of improvements. lt is also designed to provide objective assurance and advisory service to add value and improve the Company's processes / activities and operations. Major Responsibilities and Duties： 1）Report to the line manager within the lA team and support their day-to-day work (e.g., gathering information for audits, communication, and archiving). 2）Perform simple control testing for the annual SOX audit that is assigned by the line manager anddocument workpapers. 3）Support with miscellaneous or administrative matters assigned by the line manager 4）Support other internal control or audit projects when required. Qualifications: 1）Bachelor's degree in progress / postgraduate students or above. 2）Good verbal and written communication both in English and Chinese. 3）Have passion in a fast-growing company and interest in audit or internal control function. 4）Have basic knowledge in utilizing Microsoft tools (e.g., Word and Excel). 5）Open-minded and have good attitude to learn 6) At least 3 days or more attendance per week is required
