• Continuously assess, implement and use update standards, guidelines and policies within the specialist area, with the ambition to be as aligned as possible, however always in compliance with country specific laws and regulations
• Work proactively to constantly raise the competence level in the organization
• Join or lead networks or reference groups within the specialist area

Qualifications:
- Specialist or expert level of knowledge within in the specialist area, including related HR processes and tools
- Good knowledge/understanding of other closely related areas
- Good knowledge of local employment legislations, co-worker relations
- Fluent in English and local language
- Motivated to support, develop and implement improvements in the specialist areas
- Motivated to work with people and competence and a strong belief in people’s potential
- Motivated to find common interests and synergies, building trust and partnership to reach common goals
