The ILS intern is responsible for data input and maintaining ILS database timely and accurately, supporting data collecting, summarizing and analyzing. The intern will also facilitate team activities such as licensee/vendor trainings and meetings.
This role requires abilities to work in a detail-oriented manner, manage multiple tasks with a strong sense to meet deadlines. The role also requires excellent office software skills and strong ability in written English.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supporting ILS database management
Support ILS regional management team in data collecting, analyzing, and summarizing Facilitate trainings and other team activities
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain Licensee/Vendor/facility records, contact information, keystone and production authorization in ILS database as per Regional Analysts’ requests
Create and maintain contract information
Help with FAMA issuance
Facilitate ILS trainings and compile training records
Collect and analyze data
Other tasks assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
College student (sophomore and above)
Good ability in written English
Ability to understand Japanese is a plus
Detail oriented
Ability to work with initiative, manage workload efficiently
Ability to interact and communicate with others comfortably
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
