Communicate with dealers, collect failure information about the vehicles and record 2. Based on the received known complaints do pre-analysis 3. Record necessary information of the field complaints in hotline database 4. Communicate with the contact persons of JVs and collect the necessary information of the failure parts 5. Send field complaints notification to related organization units or persons Your Qualifications: 1. University degree or higher in an engineering related field 2. Independent working attitude 3. Analytical and systematical thinking and acting 4. Fluent in English or German 5. Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) skills 6.Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 7.Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong. 8.
