Job Description:
Mission and Purpose:
The Audi Innovation Research office (AIR) constantly monitors emerging trends
that significantly influence the Chinese market and customer behavior,
leveraging these insights to innovate Audi products, services and the overall
Audi experience. The department supports multiple business units at Audi China,
Audi headquarters in Germany as well as Audi’s joint venture partners. The AIR
team is using classic qualitative and quantitative research methodologies along
with more agile research methods, such as big data, user research and design
thinking.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Analyzing current market in China - within and outside automotive industry
* Desktop research (Internet, social media)
* Preparation of presentations
* Planning, organizing meetings/interviews with agencies
* Support conducting projects
Qualifications:
Education Background:
Proceeded bachelor or master studies in Math, Statistics, Market research,
International -Management, Business Administration, Economics, Philosophy,
Social Science or Communication
Professional Skills:
Basic knowledge on marketing and market research
Competence Requirements:
* Creativity & flexibility
* Analytical capabilities
* International and intercultural approach
Language Skills:
* Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
* Good knowledge in Chinese
