岗位职责： -Understand and be familiar with service strategy of all customers to deliver right service. 理解和熟悉所有客户的服务策略以保证提供正确服务。 - React to customer requirement properly & effectively. 及时有效地响应客户的需求。 -Communicate with related internal & external parties to ensure customer voice deliver to right one for following up and response. 正确传达客户的信息给到内外部相关方以合理落实和回应客户。 -Identify issues & problem solving for each step from order entry until goods arrival at customer side. 排查和解决从接收订单直到货物到达客户方为止出现的各环节问题。 -Acknowledge new order receipt and delivery plan proposal with optional choices. 确认日常接收状态和建议发货计划。 -Revise special order in system (cancellation, change promised date, hold order) 特殊订单系统修改（取消，修改发货日期，锁住订单） -Make related documents for ensuring delivery & service successfully. 制作相关文件保证发货和服务顺利进行 - Replacement communication and operation 补货沟通与操作 -Setup New product / New flow in system。 新品新客户系统设置。 -Data analysis & Report update, and alert KPI abnormal in advance 数据分析和报告更新并提前预警KPI异常项。 -Complete other tasks assigned by the leader 完成领导布置的其他工作任务 岗位要求： 专业知识：专业不限，供应链管理、统计、经济贸易类或其他相关专业有限 工作经验：不限，有大型制造业生产或供应链相关领域工作经验优先 技能技巧： 1、熟练应用WORD,EXCEL,POWERPOINT等办公软件。 2、英语听说读写能力良好 素质要求： 1、工作耐心细致，认真负责，责任心强 2、具有团队合作精神 3、优秀沟通及协调能力 4、优秀的客户服务意识
